Albert Lopez is a third-year History and Art History double major with an emphasis in Museum Studies. Albert’s love for history emerged while he was in elementary school and matured all the way through college. This was due to the many different history teachers who all had an impact on his growing and inquisitive mind. Albert is fascinated by the many different stories each person has from their lived experience and hopes to tell many interesting stories of his own one day. His ultimate goal is to one day become a historian at a university or at a museum. After undergrad he hopes to enroll into a Ph.D. program and study Cultural History, a combination of his two majors. Albert is currently an executive member of the History Club, where he is serving as the treasurer. His current goal is to do research in history and to get his work published as an undergraduate.
